Licence
PelletArc is sold as a one-time purchase that grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices tied to your store account. Your licence is delivered and managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Ballistics disclaimer — please read
PelletArc is a calculation aid, not a guarantee. Its trajectory solutions are mathematical estimates based on the inputs you provide and on published or community drag data. Real-world results depend on your rifle, pellet lot, atmosphere, wind reading and many other factors.
- Always verify on a safe range. Confirm your zero and validate the output against your own observed groups (truing) before relying on it.
- You are solely responsible for the safe, legal and ethical use of any firearm or airgun, and for compliance with all laws in your jurisdiction.
- Never point a rifle at anything you are not willing to destroy, and never take a shot you are not certain of.
No warranty
PelletArc is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that calculations are error-free or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of PelletArc shall not be liable for any damages, injury or loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the app or its output. Your use is at your own risk.
Refunds
Purchases and refunds are handled entirely by the Apple App Store and Google Play under their respective policies.
Intellectual property
PelletArc, its name, design and software are the property of their developer. Third-party drag models are credited in the app and remain the work of their respective authors; PelletArc is independent and unaffiliated.
